How to choose solar pump
driven by synchronous motor
according to voltage:
1.low voltage:Just use solar power directly,users can add solar panel in Parallel if power is not enough .
DC12V, power 180W~250W open-circuit:18V(working voltage:13~15V)
DC24V, power 250W~370W open-circuit:36V(working voltage:25~28V)
DC48V, power 550W~750W open-circuit:36V(working voltage:25~28V)
DC96V, power 550W~750W open-circuit:36V(working voltage:25~28V)
2.,High voltage:the controller for those pump can be powered both by solar panel and AC power,users have to arrange several panels in series in order to get high voltage, if power is still not enough ,pls add more group in parallel.
DC140V power:550W~1.5KW for AC110V: make a group of 11 panels with 18V or 6 panels with 36V
DC290V power:750W~2.2KW for AC220V make a group of 24 panels with 18V or 12~14 panels with 36V
DC540V power:2.2KW~60KW for AC380V make a group of 42 panels with 18V or 20~24 panels with 36V
According to working style:
Full-automatically for solar power work mode,automatically switch between AC power and solar power mode, general mode of double use for AC power and solar power.
All those style no need battery connected .but users can connect to battery as power alone
1.Full-automatically for solar power work mode,there is a A at the end of pump model:the controller for this pump just display SOLAR after switch on,usually it takes more than ten seconds to start pump well, it can change the frequency according to the sunshine,sunshine is weak, controller can lower the speed of pump, sunshine is getting strong, controller will raise the speed in order to make the full use of sunshine. As long as the solar power exceed 40W, our Controller can start pump working, pump can stop automatically if no sunshine at all( e.g. at night or rainy daytime ), pump can start automatically once sun is coming out again ,all those no need manual operation, completely automatically . is suitable for automatic irrigation in farm or orchard , working voltage can be DC24V,DC48V,DC140V,DC290V,DC540V, for low voltage ,the controller is usually only allowed to connect to solar power directly, for high voltage ,we make it can be connected to AC power, but users have to switch the controller to AC mode (change some set in controller) ,controller will return to SOLAR mode every time controller restart .controller have terminal for water level control switch, users can install float switch in order to stop or start the pump working according to the water level in water tank or in deep well.
2.Automatically switch between AC power and solar power mode,we add AC at the end of model: this controller is set on normal mode after switch on , can be connected to AC power and solar power at the same time , if solar power is not enough, our pump can get the rest from AC power automatically, this new technology would make the full use of sunshine, nearly up to 100%.controller have terminal for pressure signal and flow signal input, also have all other automatic protection function.
3.General mode of double use for AC power and solar power,we write this model as SZW.this controller can be connected both by AC power or solar power .for single phase AC, we have four terminal separately for AC power and solar power , so users can connect AC power and solar power at the same time, for three phase AC, there are only three terminal for power supply ,users can connect to AC three phase or can connect solar power (just choose any of two AC three phase terminal for solar positive and negative input ) controller have terminal for pressure signal and flow signal input, also have all other automatic protection function.
